Walking for Fitness

 

Walking for Fitness will be run 3rd Tuesday of every month

What we will do

As with last year group members have agread to lead their favourite walks in 2017. It is 'walking for fitness' and so it is now established that we generally walk at around 2.5 to 3 miles per hour when on the flat and walks vary between 5 and 9 miles in duration. If you are a regular walker and reasonably fit then the walks are quite easy with not too many taxing inclines and rough ground. We generally end with a lunch in a suitable pub... the reward for your walk!
